The Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) has documented a claim against President Muhammadu Buhari over the inability to unblock the telephone lines of more than 72 million telecom supporters banished from settling on decisions on their SIMs.SERAP in the claim recorded at the Federal High Court in Lagos, is looking for a request saving the mandate by President Buhari to broadcast communications organizations to obstruct active approaches all unlinked lines.
